Absolutely not. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. You may cancel your monthly contributions at any time.

• Can I use my BEAUTY BANK balance for retail purchases like skincare products?

Yes! Your balance can be used on any treatment, service, or retail product at R+H Aesthetic Medicine.

• How do I redeem my free Stimulator Peel and 20% skincare discount?

Both are redeemable after 3 months of continuous membership. Just ask your provider or Patient Concierge to apply it to your appointment.

• What happens if I miss a payment?

If a payment fails, your Patient Concierge will reach out to update your billing info. Your perks will resume once the account is current.

• If I stop my membership, can I still use my money?

Yes. Your Beauty Bank funds are yours forever and never expire. However, once your membership is canceled, the exclusive perks—such as VIP pricing, the free ZO peel, and the 20% skincare discount—will no longer apply. Your funds can still be used toward regularly priced services or combined with public promotions.

• Can I still use my BEAUTY BANK funds to receive promised perks after cancellation?

No. Your funds remain intact, but all member-exclusive perks end with membership cancellation. You can still enjoy regular pricing and public offers, but perks are only available to active members.

• Can I use my BEAUTY BANK balance on top of your monthly promotions?
