Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

At R+H Aesthetic Medicine, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you so that our providers can give you personalized, one-on-one care. We kindly ask that you provide at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Advance notice allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time are considered late cancellations and are subject to a $100 fee. Missed appointments without prior notice are considered no-shows and are also subject to the $100 fee.

We understand that unexpected illness and emergencies can occur. Please call or text us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

A valid credit card is required to reserve an appointment. Your card information will be securely maintained on file and will not be charged unless you cancel or reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment or fail to attend your appointment.

By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide timely, exceptional care to all of our patients.
