Cancelation Policy
At R+H Aesthetic Medicine, we are committed to providing all patients exceptional and personalized care. In order to do so, we have created a schedule that gives our providers as much one-on-one time with you as possible. Upon scheduling an appointment, this time is held exclusively for you. Out of respect for all patients and our providers’ time, we kindly ask that you please give us at least 72 hours notice if there is a need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We value and respect the time of our patients and providers, and advanced notice of cancellation or rescheduling will allow another patient access to that appointment time.
We understand that emergencies and illness happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to an emergency or illness, please call or text us as soon as possible. If necessary, you may leave a detailed text or voicemail message. We will return your call or text as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.
A cancellation or rescheduling is considered late when an appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 72 hours before the appointment time without an emergency excuse. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without canceling, and will be considered a late cancellation. If you cancel, reschedule or no-show your appointment in less than 72 hours before your scheduled appointment time we will charge the scheduled patient a $100 fee.
In order to facilitate this policy, we will require a credit card at the time of appointment scheduling to hold your appointment time exclusively for you. This information will be held securely, and your card will not be charged unless you no-show, reschedule, or cancel your appointment less than 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. We appreciate your understanding as we enforce this policy.
