Terms and Conditions of BEAUTY BANK Membership
Version 1.0, effective May 2025
Thank you for enrolling in the R+H Aesthetic Medicine BEAUTY BANK, a voluntary prepayment program that provides access to exclusive perks. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. ENROLLMENT and FEES
1.1 Initial Charge: You will be charged a one-time, non-refundable enrollment fee of $49.99.
1.2 A recurring $99 monthly charge will be automatically processed from the credit card on file and deposited into your BEAUTY BANK account. By enrolling, you acknowledge that this charge will be processed automatically each month until you cancel your membership.
2. MEMBERSHIP TERMS and CANCELLATION
2.1 Month to Month: Membership is month-to-month, and you may cancel at any time without penalty. However, all funds deposited into your BEAUTY BANK account are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2.2 Use of Funds: BEAUTY BANK funds may be applied toward any service, treatment, or product offered by R+H Aesthetic Medicine. Funds are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as required by law, and may only be used at R+H Aesthetic Medicine. Your BEAUTY BANK account balance does not expire, and no inactivity or service fees will be charged. Funds will remain available until fully utilized.
2.3 Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership at any time without penalty. To cancel, you may submit a request via email, phone, or in person at R+H Aesthetic Medicine. If you enrolled online, you may also cancel your membership directly through the online client portal using our click-to-cancel feature. Cancellations become effective after your current billing cycle, unless otherwise stated in your membership terms.
2.4 Upon cancellation, any accumulated BEAUTY BANK funds will remain available for use. You will continue to have access to VIP Pricing on Botox/Dysport and may use remaining funds toward eligible services and treatments. Once your BEAUTY BANK balance is depleted, VIP Pricing will no longer apply, and standard pricing will be reinstated for Botox/Dysport. Additionally, unused membership perks listed in Section 3.2 and 3.3 (such as free treatments or product discounts) will be forfeited upon cancellation.
3. MEMBERSHIP PERKS and BENEFITS
3.1 As a BEAUTY BANK member, you will receive VIP pricing on Botox and Dysport at a rate of $11.00 per unit for Botox (regularly $13 per unit) and $3.70 per unit for Dysport (regularly $4.30 per unit).
3.2 You will receive one complimentary ZO Skin Health Stimulator Peel per year, valued at $215, which is redeemable after 3 months of membership. Unused free peels will not roll over to the next year and will not be available after cancellation.
3.3 You will receive a one-time 20% discount on medical-grade skincare and supplements per year, valid after 3 months of membership. Unused discounts will not roll over to the next year and will not be available after cancellation.
4. BILLING TERMS
4.1 Monthly charges will be automatically processed using the credit card on file until cancellation is requested. Charges will continue regardless of account activity unless you cancel your membership.
4.2 If the credit card on file expires or a payment fails, you will be notified to update your payment method. If the payment is not updated within 10 days, your membership may be paused or canceled, and VIP Pricing will no longer apply.
4.3 By enrolling, you acknowledge and authorize the recurring monthly charge. You agree not to initiate chargebacks for authorized charges unless there is documented billing error or fraud. Misuse of chargebacks may result in account suspension.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
5.1 R+H Aesthetic Medicine is not responsible for adverse reactions, unsatisfactory results, or any loss arising from services or products purchased using BEAUTY BANK funds.
5.2 Membership perks, discounts, and promotional pricing are subject to change or discontinuation at the discretion of R+H Aesthetic Medicine with 30 days’ notice.
6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising out of or related to the BEAUTY BANK program will first be addressed through good-faith informal resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, you agree that the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration under the California Arbitration Act. This does not limit your right to pursue claims in California small claims court where appropriate.
7. PRIVACY and DATA PROTECTION
7.1 Payment information will be stored securely and processed in compliance with applicable data privacy laws. By enrolling, you consent to receive electronic communications regarding your membership, including updates, promotions, and changes to the terms.
8. AUTHORIZATION and AGREEMENT
8.1 By clicking “Agree” below, I authorize R+H Aesthetic Medicine to charge my credit card $99 per month to fund my BEAUTY BANK account.

- I have read and understand the cancellation policy, and I may cancel at any time without penalty, but my deposited funds will remain in my account and cannot be refunded. R+H Aesthetic Medicine may update BEAUTY BANK membership terms, pricing, or benefits with 30 days’ written notice via email. If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your membership before the new terms take effect without penalty.
