The Art of Facial Harmony is an exclusive Full-Face Rejuvenation and Facial Balancing Model Experience. This November we are inviting a limited number of patients to experience a comprehensive, customized approach to facial rejuvenation.
Rather than focusing on individual lines or isolated areas, our providers evaluate the face as a whole, considering proportions, structure, balance, and harmony to create natural-looking, refreshed results. Only nine models will be selected across our three R+H locations, with three at each location: Roseville, West Sacramento, and South Lake Tahoe.

How do I apply for The Art of Facial Harmony?
Application Deadline: November 20, 2026. Submit a minimum of six full-face photographs taken in good lighting, without makeup or filters: one frontal view with a relaxed expression, one right side profile, one left side profile, one right angled (45-degree) view, one left angled (45-degree) view, and one frontal view smiling.
Include your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Then submit your application to your preferred R+H location.

How are models selected?
Each provider will review applications and select three models based on their facial anatomy, aesthetic goals, and suitability for the techniques being featured. Selected models must be medically appropriate candidates for dermal filler treatment. Selection is based on anatomy, treatment suitability, and clinical assessment, and submitting an application does not guarantee selection.
Who is The Art of Facial Harmony not right for?
This experience is not the right fit for everyone. It is designed for patients who are medically appropriate candidates for dermal filler, who can provide the required photographs, and who are comfortable with before-and-after photography.

Will my photos be shared?
