R+H Aesthetic Medicine is looking for two female models, ages 30 to 60, for full face filler at our Roseville office on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Models must meet our health prerequisites and consent to before and after photos. Apply by emailing six photos to [email protected]. Models will be selected by October 16.

We are looking for two female models for full face filler at our Roseville office. Model days are one of the ways our providers continue refining their artistry, and they give a small number of patients the chance to experience a full face treatment plan designed around natural, refreshed results.
Because filler is a medical treatment, every model must qualify. Please read the requirements and prerequisites below carefully before you apply.
When and Where Is the Model Search?
Location: R+H Aesthetic Medicine, 580 N. Sunrise Ave, Suite 150, Roseville, CA 95661
**Models must consent to before and after photos and utilization of photos for education and social media purposes.
Who Is Not Eligible to Be a Filler Model?
Models must be in good health with none of the following:
- Chin or cheek implants
- Dermal filler within the past 2 years
- Botox within the past 4 months, Daxxify within the past 6 months
- Sculptra, Radiesse, or Threads
- Diabetes or poor wound healing
- Autoimmune diseases or other inflammatory disorders
- Any vaccine within 1 month of October 20, 2026
- Dental work or cleaning 1 month before or after October 20, 2026
- Dysphagia (difficulty swallowing)
- Bleeding disorders or on a current blood thinner
- Pregnant or Breastfeeding
- Any facial aesthetic treatments in the past 3 months
- Active skin infection or acne
- No travel plans for the 48 hours after treatment on October 20, 2026
**Models may experience swelling and bruising after filler treatment, please do not have any important events planned for 2 weeks after treatment to allow for healing time. Models must be open to treatment suggested by R+H medical providers.
How Do I Apply to Be a Filler Model?
How Should I Take My Application Photos?
Take 6 pictures in the positions shown below: one frontal view, two side or profile views, two angled views, and one frontal view smiling. It is helpful to have someone take these pictures for you. Keep your face in a neutral position for every view except the smiling photo, pull your hair back away from your face, and avoid makeup or filters. Natural lighting is best.
Is a Model Day Right for Me?
A model day may not be the right fit if you have an important event within 2 weeks of October 20, travel plans within 48 hours of treatment, or a specific result in mind that you are not willing to adjust. Models must be open to the treatment plan our medical providers recommend, and photos are part of the commitment. If any of that does not fit your schedule or comfort level, a private consultation is the better path, and our team would love to see you.

Yes. Dental work or cleaning 1 month before or after October 20, 2026 is on our exclusion list. If you have a dental appointment in that window, please keep an eye out for a future R+H model search.
Does a recent vaccine affect my eligibility?
Yes. Any vaccine within 1 month of October 20, 2026 is on our exclusion list.
What should I expect after the treatment?
